1.In the next couple of weeks a production i worked on the title sequence for (with Jim Le Fevre for Nexus Productions) called 'Holy Flying Circus' is being aired on BBC4. Please take a gander if you see it in the listings! It's got an awesome cast and crew (directed by Owen Harris [Misfits, Skins, Secret Diary of a Callgirl], writhed by Tony Roche [The Thick of It, In The Loop] and designed by Lisa Marie-Hall [This is England '86]). The Press release can be found here and all i can really say is that i had to individually number and measure out spaces for 6000 frames...
2.These past 2 weeks i have been working on a docu-drama for channel 4 prop sourcing and set dressing at Wellesbourne airfield near Stratford Upon Avon getting to hang out with pilots and a Vulcan bomber - they're freaking massive!! It probably won't be out until the new year to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the Falklands mission but you can read the book it's set on here and i'll keep you updated...
3.Last week i also art directed a short film for Rogue Vision Productions entitled 'Double Top' (Directed by Gus Alvarez) and was assisted by Emi Hazlett on the shoot with some set decorating and standby props. Here's a cheeky production still...
